Our label checking tool has moved to gidaetiketi.com. We have improved reading, evaluation and reporting on a new platform. New features and further improvements will be available there.
The reading workflow examines PDF and image text in more detail. Product name, net quantity, origin and nutrition information are read in context; different readings are compared when needed.
Approved rules are evaluated against the product group, ingredients and claims. Items outside the product’s scope do not lengthen the visible report.
Each item shows the information read, the expected condition and its basis where available. Uncertainty is explained; unreadable information is not automatically treated as missing from the label.
Checks cover nutrient order, numbers on the same reference basis and defined nutrient relationships, plus product name, quantity, origin, operator, storage and ingredients.
Use the application in Turkish or English. Detected languages and translation consistency are checked separately; source text and approved rules retain their recorded languages.
Review results item by item, download a PDF and give feedback on individual checks. Guides explain the steps from preparing a file to reading the report.
Choose a PDF, PNG, JPG/JPEG or WebP covering every packaging face of the same product. Maximum file size: 10 MB; maximum PDF length: 4 pages.
Open the upload screen in the new application, select your file, start the analysis and follow its progress on the same screen.
Compare the information found with the expected condition. Verify unclear items against the original label and save your PDF report.
Gıda Etiketi is a preliminary checking tool. Unreadable information and items requiring further documents are set aside for review with explanations. A report alone does not certify that a product complies with all legislation.
