Product and target market
We clarify the product category, destination country, label language, variant count and whether you need a new label, a review or advice on a specific regulatory question.
Information and documents
Share the current formulation, ingredient proportions, specifications, allergen information, available analyses and artwork, together with business registration and claim documentation.
Scope and proposal
We agree on fees, timing, deliverables and revision scope based on the products, markets and documents involved.
Regulatory and label review
We review the name, ingredients, allergens, quantity, dates, storage, operator details and required warnings for the relevant market. Nutrition information and claims are assessed within scope.
Findings and revisions
We explain missing information and proposed corrections, then update the copy and artwork with you and your design team within the agreed scope.
Final check and delivery
We check the current text, layout, legibility and required information, and deliver the agreed report and copy. Formula, market or artwork changes may require another review.
