Your product brief
Describe your product, target audience and expectations for taste, texture, ingredients and performance in as much detail as possible.
Your inspiration
If available, share a reference product, sample or product information. Tell us what you like and where you want to stand apart.
Production technology
Describe your existing equipment and process, or the production line you plan to install. We plan development around your production capabilities.

Specify how many products, flavours or variants you need. This directly affects the scope, trials and proposal.

We understand your product
Together we review your brief, any reference product, production technology and variant count. We clarify expectations and scope.
We prepare your proposal
Based on the agreed scope, we share a project proposal setting out the work and service fees.
We begin with your approval
Once you approve the proposal and make a 50% advance payment, R&D begins in line with our agreed goals.
Your first samples arrive
Depending on the project, first samples reach you on average around 6 weeks after the start. Timing varies with scope and technical requirements.
You evaluate and give feedback
Assess the samples for taste, texture and your other target qualities. Share your observations and requested changes with us.
We refine and send again
We make the necessary revisions and send new samples. Within the agreed project scope, work continues until you approve.
Your feedback starts the next sample.
Sample delivery is a shared review point. With each round, we incorporate your comments and move closer to your target together.
